Having been working with this product myself recently, I can address a couple of your bumps.

1. If you're referring to limiting which apps each user has, you can assign apps to a limited set of users or groups server-side. If an app is not assigned to a user, they should not see it on the web interface.

3. There is no official mac support. However, workarounds have been found. Specifically, if you use the "Create .udp" option for an app, then modifiy that UDP with the mac RDC client (by setting "Start the following application" as documented here: http://wss-id.org/blogs/narenda/archive/2008/03/05/my-windows-server-2008-ts-session.aspx#31624), you can allow mac access. However, we have had only limited success with applications which require admin elevation.
